Packaging
In order to protect your privacy, all orders are posted in
discreet and secure packaging. There are no external markings
or any indication of where the package has been sent from.
Stock & Delivery
We try to hold every item on this site in stock at our UK distribution
centre. We aim to ship all orders received Monday to Friday
within 48 hours. If the item you have ordered is out of
stock we will let you know its expected delivery date and
ship as soon as possible
UK Based Orders
UK based orders are sent via Royal Mail and usually arrive
within 1 to 3 working days of posting. However 10 working
days should be allowed before contacting us if your order
has not arrived.
European & International Orders
European orders usually arrive within 7 to 10 working days of posting.
USA and other international orders usually arrive within
14 working days. For countries outside of the EU you will
be responsible for any incoming taxes and duties.
Special Delivery
If you require special delivery, please send us an email separate
to your order and we will arrange to suit your requirements.
There will be an additional charge for posting Special Delivery.
